How We Choose the Right Tech Stack for a Project
21 August 2026
There is no single best stack. A marketing site, a billing SaaS, and a mobile finance app have different constraints, so they should not share the same default tools.
We look at three things first: how fast the product needs to launch, who will maintain it, and how much custom logic it needs. WordPress or Shopify can be the right choice for content and commerce. Next.js and Laravel fit products that need custom workflows.
For mobile, React Native or Flutter helps us ship iOS and Android from one codebase when the product is screen-driven. Native modules are added only when a feature truly needs them.
The goal is a stack the client can live with after launch: documented, supportable, and suited to the product instead of chosen because it is fashionable.
